- Einsatz in der häuslichen Pflege rund um den Einsatzstandort
- Durchführung der Pflege (SGB XI und SGB V)
- Unterstützung der Pflegedienstleitung im Tagesgeschäft, bei Beratungsgesprächen und Aufnahmen
- Verordnungs- und Rezeptmanagement
- Führen der Pflegedokumentation
- Kommunikation mit behandelnden Ärzten und anderen Anbietern im Netzwerk
- Weiterentwicklung des Standorts

Deine Aufgaben
Dein Profil
- du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft (Altenpflege, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege oder Kindergesundheits- und Krankenpflege), gern auch mit Erfahrung im ambulanten Bereich
- du besitzt eine gültige Fahrerlaubnis für Klasse B (früher 3)
- du verfügst über die aktuellen Fachkenntnisse der pflegefachlichen Expertenstandards, Hygienemaßnahmen sowie Erster Hilfe oder sind bereit, sich diese in kurzer Zeit anzueignen
- eventuell hast du sogar Zusatzqualifikationen, die du bei uns einbringen möchtest
- du hast Interesse an IT-gestütztem Arbeiten, denn wir sind ein digitales Unternehmen
