- Führen der Pflegedokumentation
- Kommunikation mit behandelnden Ärzten und anderen Anbietern im Netzwerk

- Einsatz im Pool in unseren Pflegediensten im Kreis Gütersloh

Deine Aufgaben
Dein Profil
- du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft (Altenpflege, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege oder Kindergesundheits- und Krankenpflege), gern auch mit Erfahrung im ambulanten Bereich
- du hast eine Zusatzqualifikation im Wundmanagement
- du besitzt eine gültige Fahrerlaubnis für Klasse B (früher 3)
- du verfügst über die aktuellen Fachkenntnisse der pflegefachlichen Expertenstandards, Hygienemaßnahmen sowie Erster Hilfe oder sind bereit, sich diese in kurzer Zeit anzueignen.
- du hast Interesse an IT-gestütztem Arbeiten, wir sind ein digitales Unternehmen
